Special Terms for the hire of Le Don Hilton, St Ouen’s Bay

Due to the unique location, please be advised that a number of special terms apply to the hire of Le Don Hilton as follows;

• The hire fee is for the use of the Le Don Hilton building only and does not include the surrounding site.
  
  
• The Trust envisages that the building will be hired simply to act as a base for beach-side activities such as surfing or a barbecue.
  
  
• Anyone hiring Le Don Hilton should be aware that the property only affords a limited level of privacy because of its proximity to the sea wall and must not erect any signage on site. As Le Don Hilton is a well-known landmark within the bay, the Trust is unable to prevent public access around the building.
  
  
• The parking restrictions at this site should be abided by. These are that one car can be parked outside the site while un-loading only and must then be removed to one of the public car-parks in the bay. The reason for these strict controls is that there are a number of important plant species on the site which the Trust endeavours to protect.
