The tremendous support of thousands of caring Islanders who took to the sands on Sunday 4 October was a sight never seen before witnessed in St Ouen's Bay and one not likely to be seen again. The National Trust for Jersey offers its sincere thanks to the 7,000 who gave up their time to show support for the future safeguarding of Jersey's coastline.
